Great people + great products = the impact we make. We’re best known for our core product, Recordbase, which is used by community organisations across mental health and addiction, supported employment, child and youth services, domestic violence, justice, wellbeing, and disabilities.
Our Recordbase journey
Recordbase began with a simple observation: social‑sector teams were spending more time wrestling with data than working with people. We saw the frustration of trying to manage sensitive client information while meeting complex reporting demands, and we knew there had to be a better way.
So Wild Bamboo built Recordbase to make that work easier, helping organisations keep data safe, share what matters, and show the real impact of care — not just in numbers but in stories that reflect people’s lives.

Since our journey began, we’ve grown to support thousands of frontline staff nationwide and were honoured winners at the 2024 Waikato Chamber of Commerce Business Awards.
