So what's involved in getting up and running with Recordbase or Recordbase elite?
Our team will work with you to ensure that the implementation is as simple and easy as it can be.
With a web-based solution there's no need to disrupt your business by installing bulky equipment. The process for getting you up and running with Recordbase is more about understanding your needs. Generally the process will work like this:
1. Investigation and analysis
We work with you to determine how the product can meet your requirements and what data you may have that needs to be moved into the new system.
2. Test drive the system
Once we've established your requirements, we'll provide key people in your organisation with training and access to the system to let them test it out to make sure it's meeting your needs.
3. Go live
All staff in your organisation will be trained in using Recordbase or Recordbase elite, and given login access. You're now ready to start experiencing the benefits of using Recordbase as an everyday business tool.
