Wild Bamboo goes global
New Zealand’s preferred client information software for the mental health and addictions sector is now operating in the UK!
Wild Bamboo’s Recordbase went live on Friday 28 January 2011 with their first international customer, mcch, in the UK. Mcch is a community organisation supporting people with autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs.
Mcch are currently trialing Recordbase with 37 staff and 17 teams to establish how they can best utilise the features of Recordbase to shape the delivery of their services in the future. A review of the pilot phase is scheduled for May, followed by the wider deployment of Recordbase to the rest of the organisation later in 2011.
Like New Zealand, the UK market is finding times are tough. Funding by local authorities for the services mcch offer are being cut. It is hoped that with the implementation of Wild Bamboo’s Recordbase, mcch will be able to measure outcomes more effectively and really prove their worth to funders. Marjorie Brown,
Head of Performance, says “staff in the project group find Recordbase easy to use and to navigate around, and we like the dashboard which is very clearly set out. We are already seeing the benefits of recording all details of the people we support in one location, and we are looking forward to using the excellent reporting tools which can be very detailed but easily produced. ”
In New Zealand, Wild Bamboo currently has over 1300 Recordbase users. As a proven solution, Recordbase’s ease of use, configuration and flexibility naturally transfers to meet the needs of the international market. Best of all Recordbase is web-based, so no matter where in the world you are, it’s available anytime, anywhere.
