Linkage Trust

That uniqueness, along with the robust procedures they have developed to ensure best practice within the organisation, were front of mind when Linkage Trust Clinical Leader Richard Jeffcoat went looking for a PRIMHD compliant electronic record system.

Having done considerable work in a previous role on the development of PRIMHD, Richard knew what he was looking for. After discussions with his contacts in Health Richard looked at three different systems.
“Recordbase was the standout,” says Richard. “I liked the natural flow, and by that I mean clinical flow, of Recordbase. It showed Wild Bamboo really understood the business.”

Linkage Trust staff have been quick to adopt the new tool and while some were anxious prior to the implementation of Recordbase, the training reassured them and they’re now “loving it”. Richard is also impressed with the customer service experience, describing it as “second to none”.
“I felt like we were Wild Bamboo’s only customer,” he says.
The choice of Recordbase has been a huge success for Linkage Trust. They are finding new ways the system can benefit their business every day and are now looking at using it in another part of their organisation. Richard says “Recordbase enjoys our confidence”.
