Working in partnership. Wild Bamboo appoints business development manager.

It is with great pleasure that we announce the appointment of Tracey Whitley to the position of business development for Wild Bamboo.

Tracey WhitleyBased in the Waikato, Tracey joins us after eight years working for New Zealand Yellow Pages’ special projects and presentations team. Tracey is the recipient of a number of worked-related accolades and was one of Yellow Pages top five account managers. She puts this down to her focus on building enduring relationships and providing outstanding customer service.

Wild Bamboo Chief executive Stu Prendergast says that delivering cost effective and easy-to-use solutions for New Zealand's non-government health services requires a young, fresh and smart team. It also requires credibility, honesty and integrity; values that underpin Tracey’s business development approach.

“Tracey brings a wealth of experience working in mutually beneficial business partnerships. This is extremely important for Wild Bamboo because we don’t see other non-government organisations as our competitors, we’re partners. We believe by working together everyone benefits and we can continue to focus on the work that really matters – helping people.”

Tracey will be promoting Wild Bamboo’s product Recordbase, a PRIHMD compliant information management system that has been developed specifically for non-government mental health, addiction and disability services. Working with customers, Tracey will provide recommendations and solutions for improving information management systems, and is a key account manager throughout the implementation process.

Tracey also works across the Wild Bamboo team alongside developers, analysts, trainers and customer support leaders.

Tracey will be out and about introducing herself and Wild Bamboo to the sector. If you’d like to talk to Tracey about Recordbase, you can email Tracey, or phone her on 07 857 1245.
