Are there any hidden fees?
No! What we quote is what you pay for. Wild Bamboo doesn't charge additional fees for consultancy, implementation or training. In fact, for a standard Recordbase or Recordbase Elite purchase, your training, implementation and support are included in your monthly fee - so you'll know exactly what to budget for.

So am I on my own from here?
No way! As part of the implementation process we'll train key people in your organisation to be Recordbase Champions.

These people will be the ones who manage and support Recordbase on a day-to-day basis and promote ongoing user training. 

Do our ‘champions' have to be technical gurus?
No. Recordbase and Recordbase elite have been created to be simple and easy to operate. It would be great if the champions were comfortable with technology but the software includes a whole range of tools that make it easy to manage. Resources to assist with on-going training are also provided, including manuals and on-line training.

What if we still get stuck?
As part of your monthly user licence Wild Bamboo provides help desk support for advanced queries or faults. Just contact us on support "at" wildbamboo.co.nz or 0800 422 648.

What if we need more training...
Just contact our helpdesk and we can work out a solution to suit you.
