Licensing - frequently asked questions

Can I just buy one user licence for my whole organisation?
No. For security reasons and to enable you to audit who has accessed health records each employee will need an individual licence and login.

Is there a minimum sign up period?
No. However we do ask that you give three months' notice prior to ending your agreement with us.
